Delivering Care That Matters

Excellent Care and Compassion in the comfort of your home

Everyone may need a little help and understanding at home as they get older or are struggling with health problems. So when that time comes, what do you look for in a homecare provider?

Reliability

You need to know that your caring team will be reliable and dependable, and that your needs will be met by a suitable alternative carer when holidays or illness occur.

Flexibility

What if you are planning to be out for the day or you need a visit a little later in the day? You want a service that can accommodate your needs whenever possible.

Understanding

It is important to be able to develop that special relationship with your carer, so they know how many sugars you have in your tea and how you like your bed made. Our carers are given an in depth introduction to your requirements, and this is strengthened by your Personal Care Plan which is developed with you directly.

Privacy and Dignity

When receiving personal care, you appreciate a carer who is discrete, understanding and proficient. Privacy and Dignity are paramount in our team.

Training

Your carer has been trained to standards exceeding those required by law and you have a right to expect professionalism and dedication. Our carers follow a comprehensive induction programme and yearly mandatory updates. Most of the team also have additional skills such as NVQ level 2 and 3, QCF level 3 and Dementia level 2 (this is in addition to the mandatory dementia training)

Care Quality Commission

We are Care Quality Commission registered, a link for our most recent inspection can be found below. We provide a service that is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.

Testimonials

Angels provided excellent care over a 2 year period for my father who had dementia, allowing him to remain in in own home as long as was practically possible. Nothing was too much trouble for the carers and management staff and their help, advice and support was invaluable.
